1. Who we are
MintyFlo is a digital-products store for freelancers, creators and solo business owners, operated by Nizar Sebai, based in Tunisia. For any privacy question or request, email nizou4436@gmail.com.
Checkout is currently disabled and product previews are samples. This policy will be updated before payments or paid downloads are enabled.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and account identifiers. If you use Google sign-in, Google provides the details needed to sign you in.
- Newsletter: the email address you subscribe with and when you subscribed.
- AI product finder: the text you type to get recommendations.
- Technical information processed by our hosting providers to run and secure the site, such as IP addresses and request logs.
- Anything you include when you email us.
Please do not enter passwords, payment details, sensitive personal data or confidential client information into the AI product finder.
3. How we use it
To provide and secure your account, run the store, send the newsletter you asked for, generate product recommendations and answer your messages. Joining the newsletter is optional.
4. AI recommendations
When you ask for recommendations, your description and our product list are sent to an AI model provider through our AI service to generate suggestions. Recommendations are automated suggestions, not guarantees of suitability or results.
5. Service providers
We use our hosting and cloud provider for accounts, records and file storage, an AI service for the product finder, and Google if you choose Google sign-in. These providers may process information outside Tunisia. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.
6. Browser storage
We use your browser's storage to remember your cart and keep you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers.
7. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your account or newsletter subscription at any time. We use access controls and authentication to protect information, but no online service is perfectly secure.
8. Your rights
Under Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 on personal data protection and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its use, or withdraw consent. 9. Children
MintyFlo is intended for adults running a business and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy. The latest version and its effective date will always be on this page.
